Anthony's Pizza Weekend in the Park Spring Expo
Saturday May 4th & Sunday May 5th, 2013
“I now declare the Weekend in the Park Spring Expo Open!"
With those words by Queen Shenandoah LXXXVI, , the two-day Weekend in the Park Spring Expo will open at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 4th. The event, sponsored by Subaru, Valley Health, and Chevrolet , is an annual family fun event.
This event is held behind the War Memorial Building in Jim Barnett Park at 1001 E. Cork Street.
Saturday is the Arts & Crafts Show. On Sunday enjoy additional attractions including Kids Fun Day, alongside the Midway. It is especially geared for kids of all ages. Second is the Yesterday's Cruisers Car Show, which again promises to have over 200 vintage and classic "muscle cars" from the 40s, 50s and 60s! 
This event is on Sunday only and is weather-dependent. There will also be a second day of Entertainment & Midway, and will feature Dr. Lori, who will provide her comedic and no-holds-barred approach to antique appraisals.
On Saturday and Sunday, the Shenandoah Valley Boat & RV Show will build on the fun that was generated last year. The region's biggest and best dealers are coming to Winchester, VA, bringing the newest and most exciting boats and RV's 2013 has to offer just for Valley residents.
Admission is only $5.00. A two-day pin is available for $7.50. On Sunday this fee gets you into the Cruise-In Car Show and the Entertainment & Midway.
Children 12 and under accompanied by an adult are free. All US Military personnel in uniform will be admitted for free.
Drive right into Jim Barnett Park for expanded Parking Opportunities. Follow the signs and the personnel for FREE parking locations within Jim Barnett Park for easier access to this event. 
There are large parking lots available on Maple Drive. Handicapped parking is available in the parking lot directly in front of the War Memorial Building. View Map of Jim Barnett Park
