This is the place to be to catch the ever popular Robbie Limon Band, announced Anthony’s Pizza: Weekend in the Park Chair Trae Vickers. Performing with his full band on the lawn just outside the War Memorial Building, Weekend in the Park has created an amphitheater-type venue. Although 100 chairs will be provided, guests are encouraged to bring their own chairs.
Fans of The Robbie Limon Band, and fans of the Anthony’s Pizza: Weekend in the Park, can have it all – music, crafts, food, exhibits, classic cars and more, more, more – at this annual Bloom event on Sunday, May 3 at the Jim Barnett Park on Cork Street.
The family-friendly Robbie Limon Band plays the “best music of your life” specializing in ‘60’s and ‘70’s classics that have never lost their popularity. Since 2002, Limon and his professional band play over 200 dates a year across the country and now have six recordings available.
The Band takes you on a musical journey playing favorites that will make you smile and sing along. Some of the artists they bring to life are the Eagles, John Denver, Roy Orbison, Willie Nelson and Credence Clearwater.
